What is Mobility flow?

Mobility Flow is a 10-week bodyweight-only mobility program for anyone who wants to gain better control of how to move their body. The 10 sessions are a mix of dynamic stretching, controlled articular rotations and mobility drills.

We will be focusing on each joint individually and especially focus on improving the function of our hips. The class is perfect for anyone who sits a lot and wishes to feel less stiff.

After the 10 week programme you can expect to move with more ease in and outside of the gym. Mobility Flow is also a great way to enhance your gym workouts as we will train ranges of motion we might neglect in our strength workouts. 

We will be using yoga mats and yoga blocks. Both will be provided during class.

Meet Your Coach

My group fitness journey began in 2015 in the Netherlands, where I was honored to be selected as a National Trainer for the Les Mills team, serving both the Netherlands and Belgium. I studied under Overload Worldwide, specializing in strength, nutrition, and recovery, and earned a Personal Training certification from Kilo Strength Society.

I have always believed that building strength in the gym fosters confidence, resilience, and a better sense of self. This principle guides my work as a coach. With over a decade of experience in fitness and more than 10,000 hours dedicated to personal training, I have had the privilege of helping people develop lasting habits, become stronger, and feel more comfortable in their own bodies.

Through personalized guidance and support, I strive to empower each individual on their journey to wellness.

  • We have good news for you..  😇

    This class is “THE” perfect class this class is perfect for beginners.

    We’ll explore simple exercises that help you understand your current flexibility and gradually gain better control over your body.

    No previous mobility or flexibility training is needed.

  • In this class we learn how to honour where our body is in terms of range of motion today and we will work around injuries or movements that feel uncomfortable.

    If you’re doubting, it is always good to consult with your physio or contact Triin (triin@houseofhealth.no) for further questions. 

  • Our class focuses on systematic and progressive bodyweight exercises targeting specific joints and movement patterns, emphasizing controlled joint movements and dynamic flow.

    While it shares some elements with yoga or Pilates, our goal is a more targeted approach joint by joint to reduce stiffness, enhance movement quality, and support strength and performance.

  • The 10-week program runs on a set schedule, and we can’t offer make-up classes for missed sessions. If you’re unsure about attending all 10, consider the 5-session package or drop-in options to avoid losing any sessions.

  • Yes, you can still enter the room. Just be respectful of others by entering quietly, and ease into the exercises so you don’t overexert yourself without a proper warm-up.

  • Absolutely. You can join at any point, but be aware we may have progressed through some exercises. The instructor will be available after class to explain anything you might have missed.

  • We do not offer refunds once a package is purchased. Please make sure you can commit to the schedule before signing up.

  • Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows free movement. No special footwear is needed—socks or bare feet are fine.

    Please arrive dressed for the class, as there are no changing rooms or showers. However, toilets are available if you need to change.

    Mats and blocks are provided, so just bring water and a positive attitude!
